A REALTOR is a real estate agent who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and subscribes to its code of ethics. First established in 1913, this code of ethics includes loyalty to clients, fiduciary (legal) duty to clients, cooperation with competitors, truthfulness in statements and in advertising, and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS have with their clients.
This organization has donated 31,550 books. They have been implementing the project since 2002-2003, with at least 20 clubs/sections participating in the project. They have donated to over 126 school(s) nationwide!
So far in 2011-2012, they have donated 5,040 books, giving to students in over 54 schools, and with about 3 clubs participating.
