A region's Chamber of Commerce can best be described as the voice of the business community. The Chamber maintains a supportive but separate posture from city government. A chamber of commerce serves its community by taking a proactive role with special emphasis to advancing and stimulating the economy, promoting tourism, providing quality education and advancing civic and cultural interests.

So far in 2011-2012, they have donated 960 books, giving to students in over 14 schools, and with about 3 clubs participating.
