Dear Ms. French, Thank you for the dictionary everyone loves theres. It is very important that you donated these. If we didn't have these it would be hard to work without teachers. Part of growing up is trying new things and learning how to do things ourselves. So thank you. Not just for this but for everything you do. A lot of people don't care to get involved. But I know you're someone who does. Together we can change the world one step at a time. Sincerly Michaela

Dear Mrs. French, Thank you for my dictionary. It will be so helpful with spelling and I can help other people with spelling too. I'm so glad I got one because I always had to use my sister's, and it was so big it was hard to find the words I needed. It also help me learn new words, and big words too, like "floccinaucinihilipilification", I'm so grateful for my dictionary and I will use it every day. Sinserly Ashton Ms. Castro's Class

(Dictionary Project note: That big word can be found on page 364 of The Best Dictionary for Students or A Student's Dictionary.)

Dear Mrs. French, We are really excited to use our dictionary you sent us. I will use my dictionary you gave us on my homework. I can share it with my friend in second grade so he can spell words correct. I could also use it in my house to write things on papers. I write at home and school too so it helps on words I can't write correctly. I will also use it to look up the definiton of words I don't really know like in science. I think I will use it with my mom and dad with words they don't know. Thank you, Oscar Fariforest Elementary School Spartanburg, SC
