This is the third year of the Dictionary Project. The teachers are so pleased the students get the dictionaries – it helps in the SOL’s (Standard of Learning tests) and as one teacher told me, “I couldn’t afford to buy dictionaries for all my students.” The students think it’s special also to have something of their own.
