Rotary’s annual dictionary donation to WCPS third-grade students
The Rotary Clubs of Washington County will kick off their annual dictionary give-away with a presentation at Emma K. Doub Elementary School in Hagerstown on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 8:30 a.m.

We have ordered dictionaries for many, many years for our local 3rd graders. It’s so rewarding to deliver these and see the joy it bring to each student. We prepare labels saying they are coming from the Kiwanis Club, and we put each child’s name on the dictionary.
