We give dictionaries to all of the third grade students in nine public elementary schools in Rockville, Maryland. The schools are always grateful to receive the dictionaries and tell us they would not be able to afford the books themselves. We enjoy helping the schools and the children.

Having been a member of Rotary team distributing the dictionaries in the past, I think you are doing a wonderful service to our nation’s children. The students love to get their own dictionary. My daughter, who is now in high school, still has hers from third grade and uses it regularly.

The Blue Earth Lions have participated in the Dictionary Project long enough that every student that is in the Blue Earth Area Schools from grades 4 through 12 received a dictionary when they were in 3rd grade.
