Catalina Mountain Elk Lodge #2815 Continues Longstanding Dictionary Tradition

For more than 20 years, the Catalina Mountain Elk Lodge #2815 has proudly participated in The Dictionary Project, helping to promote literacy and learning among local students. This year, their members distributed over 200 dictionaries to third-grade students across five elementary schools.

The excitement and curiosity from the students were truly inspiring. Many eagerly flipped through the pages, discovering new words and fascinating facts. For many, this was their very first dictionary—and they were thrilled to have one of their own to keep forever.

Cindy Lefaive says; “We look forward to continuing to bring knowledge and excitement to more students in the future”.
