Celebrating Curiosity: The Pagosa Springs Rotarians Shares the Gift of Words in Pagosa Springs Elementary

The Rotarians of the Pagosa Springs Rotary Club recently visited Pagosa Springs Elementary to give each third grader a colorful new dictionary.

With guidance from the Rotarians, more than 100 students proudly signed their names and immediately began exploring new words. Before long, the children were suggesting their own words and mastering their new dictionaries—leaving smiles all around.

Thanks to successful fundraising events, such as the “Jeans and Jewels Barn Dance”, and the generosity of the community – the Dictionary Project is able to continue and thrive each year.
