Rotary Club of Vancouver British Columbia Makes a Visit to Norquay Elementary School

Since 2007, the Rotary Club of Vancouver of British Columbia, has been a dedicated partner of the Dictionary Project, donating over 6,500 dictionaries to local students and supporting literacy throughout the community.

During a recent visit to third-grade students at Norquay Elementary School in Vancouver, British Columbia, Rotarians had the opportunity to personally distribute dictionaries and connect with students. The visit was filled with excitement and curiosity as students eagerly explored their new books, discovering new words and the many ways a dictionary can support their learning.

Through their continued commitment, the Rotary Club of Vancouver is helping inspire a love of reading, strengthen vocabulary skills, and empower students with tools that will benefit them for years to come.
