This has been a very great project over the past 3 years, and many schools look forward to it each year.

I believe this is our 6th year. I know some of the students remember getting the first round of dictionaries. We are grateful to The Dictionary Project for making this service option available to our service organization.

This is our 4th year in participating in the program. Our Rotarians love donating the books, and the kids and teachers love them too!

Both the schools are delighted that we are doing it again this year and we are too!

The Kiwanis Club of Jackson has been delivering dictionaries and thesauruses to children for years. We try to have Kiwanians distribute them to the children during a classroom visit. The children are so excited when they are told to put their name in the book because it is theirs! We love this project!

I have been with Kiwanis for over 10 years. Our club’s focus is on making a difference in the lives of children. Our club thinks the program is fantastic and looks forward to being involved with this project annually.

This project is something I love to participate in. The look on the faces of these kids as their name is called to accept their own book is priceless.
