We have been participating for at least 8 years. The students look forward to meeting the Rotarians, learning a bit about the organization, and receiving the dictionaries.

This is our fourth or fifth year of donating the dictionaries to the third grade students in Columbus Elementary. The third grade teachers use these dictionaries throughout the year. This Project continues to be one of the best organizations. What a wonderful idea Ms. French developed. It is a pleasure to participate each year.

I believe this is our 4th year and we’ve expanded beyond just Chino Valley – we’ll distribute over 350 this year. This is the best project that the Vestal Elks #2508 loves to do. The kids love it the most. When we say that the dictionary is their to keep, it’s like we gave them the world. Once again Thank You for a great program to take part in.

This is the 4th year we have participated in this project. We are giving books to our community and those towns near us who do not have service organizations. We really enjoy this project for its simplicity and beneficial aspects.

The children are very appreciative of the dictionaries and look forward to receiving them. They know that when they reach third grade level it is their turn. Many of the parents have commented that they liked the dictionaries also.

I have been doing this project for a few years on behalf of Rotary International, Charleston Club. I love to see the student’s reactions when they see their names in the dictionaries; it is a special time for me and the students. Love the books and the great selections.
