Sunrise Rotary of Catonsville came to the Huntington Learning Center in September asking if we would be interested in sponsoring their dictionary presentations. As a new business owner, we were interested but unsure how the presentations would work. With Rotary’s guidance and teamwork, we have presented nearly 1,000 dictionaries in the last three months. Every school has been welcoming and receptive and we have... Read More

This is our fourth year; the member that spearheaded this project passed away this year, so we are continuing this in her memory. This is a great program for a small organization like ours to give back to the community.

This will be our 4th year doing this project. The last 2 years we have added another school to the project. The children & teachers really appreciate the dictionaries and all of the information included. Our club considers this to be a very worthwhile project.

We have been doing this now for four years and love it. We put labels “donated by” in each dictionary with the Rotary 4-Way test printed on them. They then are put in the books by members of our Rotary Club and Youth Act (junior Rotarians). We LOVE the dictionary project! We actually have a member that still has their dictionary!
