This will be our fourth year to donate dictionaries to all 3rd graders in our club area. The reactions we receive from the children, their parents, the teachers, and the school administration is fantastic. This is such a great program and the dictionaries are very affordable.

First time for the Fort Kent Rotary Club. I was involved in this project with the Stratford Lindenwold/White Horse Rotary Club in New Jersey. Leo Smith ran the project. I have since moved back and retired to my home town. The club members are excited about the project.

We have been in the program for 5 years. This is a great program. The kids love it when they get the book and know they get to keep them forever.

This is the York Rotary Club’s fifth year distributing dictionaries to six school districts in York County and one in Polk County. Both the kids and the Rotarians love it. We never have had difficulties finding volunteers to visit the classrooms to present the books to the third graders.
