This will be our second year. This program allows us to get into the school and provides us the opportunity to display our interest in the child’s education. Our funding for this project is from Piedmont Natural Gas.

This is our third time distributing dictionaries to 3rd graders. It’s one of the most useful and rewarding projects our club has undertaken. The kids just light up when we give them dictionaries. The Kiwanis & Rotary Clubs of Lapeer have joined forces for the past 3 years to donate books to the 3rd grades of all Lapeer schools. It has been a fun and rewarding experience.
