We have done this several years and enjoy seeing the children excited about receiving them. I think the dictionaries are very informative and thank you for making them available.

The Greeley Republican Women have been providing dictionaries to third graders in Weld County, Colorado for eight years. We take great joy in the students’ response to having their own dictionary. For many it is the first time they have owned a book.

This is our Lodge’s second year participating in the program. Keep up the great work. All of the students, teachers, and principals appreciate this program.

The Dictionary Project is an annual event for the Las Vegas Strip Kiwanis Club. We have been giving dictionaries to the third graders at Jack Dailey Elementary School for over 5 years, and as a result of the Dictionary Project, we have adopted the school and now hold regular events with the school throughout the year.

I first learned of the Dictionary Project at the Elks National Convention in Charlotte, NC five years ago. I pushed to get our Lodge involved, and we have been involved every year.

This would be about our 5th year doing the project–provides a tremendous amount of positive feedback from the students and teachers. Great program.

I believe this is our 4th or 5th year. The dictionary project is set up wonderfully. Easy to do and it provides a life-long benefit.

The Versailles Rotary Club has been delivering dictionaries for eight years, and it is always a pleasure to see the smiles on the young children’s faces as we deliver them. It is a great community project for our young children.
