The Dictionary Project participates in Rotary International 2010 Convention in Montreal, Canada

The Dictionary Project had a booth in House of Friendship at the recent Rotary International 2010 Convention that took place in Montreal, Canada. The event took place from June 18 – 23, 2010.

The booth was a part of the Rotary Literacy group, which encompassed a number of other projects supported by Rotary to improve literacy.

We met with many donors who came from the U.S. and were happy with the project and the effect it had on the schools and children, and we also met with international Rotarians who were interested in pursuing dictionary projects of their own in their home country.

We thank Rotary for their continuous support and we are always happy to participate in any events that promotes literacy, especially on an International level. We look forward to meeting everyone next year in New Orleans, where the Rotary International 2011 Convention will be held.
