This is the fifth year for the Rotary Club of Winnsboro to participate in the Dictionary Project. The teachers and children are always anxious to receive their dictionaries. Each student’s dictionary is personalized with a label with their name on it. The smiles we get when they receive their book is priceless! It’s awesome!
