The Union Rotary Club dictionary project

Last week Union Rotary donated 655 dictionaries, one to every third grade student in the township of Union, NJ. The Dictionary Project, whose goal is to improve reading ability and comprehension across the U.S. and the world, has distributed over 14 million dictionaries to students since 1995. Rotary is the world’s oldest and largest service organization of its kind that participates in community service projects, locally, nationally and internationally.
