Chambers Elementary School

Dictionaries were recently delivered to 3rd graders at Chambers Elementary School in Houston, Texas. Mary Sherwood, who helped coordinate the project at Chambers said, “Teachers and students were thrilled with the idea of the gift to each student, “you mean, this is MY book, that I can take home?” And as they left each class, after going through the book, pointing out all that can be learned from it, they asked, “Now what are you going to do with this book?” The answer, shouted loud and clear,”READ!”
