Nancy Buchanan, South Greenville Grange # 225, Neenah, WI
This is our 4th year. We really enjoy this project, because the smiles on the students’ faces and the gratitude they show for getting a dictionary is priceless! It is so worth doing! I wish all our members could come along when we present the dictionaries, so that they could all feel the excitement & warm fuzzies we feel when we present them.

Joyce LaCour, Ascension Republican Women, Prairieville, LA
We began in 2010 with one school. We then raised money so that we could meet our goal of providing a dictionary to every third grader in Ascension Parish. The members of our organization, Ascension Republican Women, find this the most rewarding of all the projects that we have done.
Michael Mears, Eureka Lions Club, Eureka, NV
We have been distributing dictionaries to our 3rd grade students at two schools for several years now. The students really enjoy the dictionaries, and we have always provided the encyclopedic version. We work with our 3rd grade teachers to conduct an essay contest allowing the students to use their new dictionaries. We are proud to be a partner with the Dictionary Project.
