This program is a great program. Washington Court House Elks # 129 PER Association adopted this program in 2008 and have been working on it every year for the students of the third grade in Fayette county. Fayette county has three school districts, and they look forward to the books each year with open arms. Teachers like using the books for class.

We love the dictionary project. You would think we were giving these kids a $100 gift card when we hand out the dictionaries. The teachers really appreciate them also.

This is our 7th year of participation. Each year we are able to enlarge the project. We are delighted to be a part of this worthy project. It is a great thing to take these dictionaries to a classroom and see the anticipation on the faces of the students.

This is just a fun project – the students are always excited and the teachers appreciative. We get excellent coverage in our two local papers. This is one of the best values for the money of any project we do!

This is our 11th year participating in the Dictionary Project. It is one of our favorite service projects we do each year.

This will be GFWC duMidi’s fourth year to provide dictionaries for third grade students in these two school system’s Title 1 schools.. An absolutely commendable endeavor! We’ll continue as long as the monies continue to be donated.

This is our second year. This is probably the most fun we’ve had during any project that we have. The kids are all excited, and the teachers are happy to work assignments around different parts of the dictionary. We plan to continue this program for years to come.
