Dear Mr. Small,
This is a rather belated thank-you for the class set of dictionaries. It was an incredible gesture, very generous and helpful.
Third grade is the year when students start to use the dictionary independently, and it is often very difficult to get families to provide one for their child. So along you came and gave one to each and every one of my students. Alleluia!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! You and your friends at the Elks Lodge have my eternal admiration and gratitude– especially if you do it every year!
As you can tell from the letters of my students they are grateful, as well, and can now do their dictionary homework (no excuses!)
Thank you again,
