Elk City Rotary completes 4th dictionary project

Elk City Rotary Club was pleased to be able to participate once again in the Dictionary Project. I believe this is our fourth year to participate. We provided dictionaries to approximately 255 3rd grade students. We provided 171 dictionaries to the students at Fairview Elementary of the Elk City Public School District, 43 dictionaries to students of Merritt Elementary of Merritt School District, and 25 dictionaries to the students of Canute Elementary in Canute, OK. We also were able to provide approximately 16 dictionaries to the Heart of Western Oklahoma home schooled students in Western Oklahoma.
