Rice Lake Elks Lodge reaches out to local students

The Rice Lake Elks Lodge is in its second year of distributing dictionaries to the third graders in Barron, Shell Lake, Spooner, and Weyerhaeuser. The books were given to the students in the fall so that they could use them throughout the school year.
