Rotary’s gift of words

The Rotary Clubs of Greater Clark County provide almost 5,000 dictionaries each year to third-grade students in Vancouver and in Clark County, WA. The students at Harney Elementary in Vancouver made a wonderful large thank-you card for the Rotary Club of Vancouver Sunrise.
