GALLOWAY – Third grade students at Assumption Regional Catholic School received some words they’d never heard before – and maybe some they knew, but just weren’t sure of the meanings.
Sioux City Elks distribute dictionaries to local students
The Sioux City Elk’s Lodge distributed 2,000 dictionaries to third-grade students in Sioux City, South Sioux City, Sergeant Bluff and Dakota Valley schools on Monday.
Dexter Elks participate in Dictionary Project
For the last five years, the Dexter Elks Club has provided new dictionaries for all the third-graders in Stoddard County, with the exception of the Dexter schools, which are furnished by other organiz
