Mullins Rotary Changes Gavel

Article posted: Monday, July 27, 2015 9:45 am by the Marion Star & Mullins Enterprise MULLINS, S.C. — The Rotary Club of Mullins held its Changing of the Gavel Banquet recently at Anderson Brothers Conference Center where club President Brian Wallace informed members and guest of the a few highlights during the past year. The club contributed $11,351 to charitable projects during the fiscal year ended June 30, he said. The Clubā€™s donations and projects included: Manna House, Son Fun, Wildlife Action, Marion County Animal Shelter, Make Your Mark Foundation, SC Boys State, Mullins High School and Pee Dee Academy Scholarships, third grade Dictionary Project, ā€œBorn to Readā€ Project, Polio Plus, Coins for Alzheimerā€™s Research Trust (CART) fund, and The Rotary Foundation.
