Banks County Elementary students receive dictionaries from AT&T Pioneers

 On Tuesday, November 17, 2009, Northeast Georgia Mountaineers, Georgia AT&T Telecom Pioneers, presented the entire 3rd grade of Banks County Elementary School (238 students) with dictionaries.
