Rotary Club of Roselle-Roselle Park Brings the Gift of Words to Local Students

Since 2004, the Rotary Club of Roselle-Roselle Park in New Jersey has partnered with The Dictionary Project to promote literacy and a lifelong love of learning. This year, under the leadership of Club President Donna Eleazar, the club distributed hundreds of personal dictionaries to third-grade students at elementary schools in Roselle and Roselle Park.

President Eleazar emphasized the impact of this initiative: “The dictionaries are our gift to each student to use at school and at home for years to come.” The students, teachers, and school administrators expressed immense gratitude for the generous donation and the positive impact it will have on learning outcomes.

In total, the Rotary Club of Roselle-Roselle Park has provided nearly 3,500 dictionaries to local students, reinforcing Rotary’s global commitment to education and youth empowerment.
