Rotary Club of Ludington Promotes Literacy with Annual Dictionary Donation
Since 2004, the Rotary Club of Ludington in Michigan has been dedicated to improving literacy in their community through their ongoing partnership with The Dictionary Project. Over the past two decades, the club has gifted more than 7,400 dictionaries to third grade students in the Ludington area.
Each year, local Rotarians distribute personal dictionaries to help students build vocabulary, reading comprehension, and lifelong learning skills. The project highlights Rotary’s global commitment to basic education and literacy—one of Rotary International’s areas of focus.
Through this project, the Rotary Club of Ludington continues to make a lasting impact on youth education in their community.
