Shelly Lengacher, 3rd grade teacher, Wakarusa Elementary School, Nappanee Rotary Club
My class uses the Rotary dictionaries and I would like to have one for each student. I do not have enough blue dictionaries in my classroom set for each student so having their own would be great. The Rotary Club Of Nappanee fulfilled this request and delivered dictionaries to excited teachers and students at Wakarusa Elementary School.

Dear Dictionary Project, I wish I had a video so you could see the joy when my bilingual students received their dictionary. Some of them carried them everywhere, everyday. A special thanks to the ELKS for the dictionaries. The reason I am so late in sending a thank you is that I wanted to see how the students reacted with the dictionaries. It could not have been better. They love to just simply sit and read the books. They are always looking words up. I think it’s great and so do they. A... Read More
