New Vision Pioneers of Wheeling Inspire Young Minds with Dictionaries at Ritchie Elementary
The New Vision Pioneers – Wheeling Life Member Club in West Virginia made a big impact at Ritchie Elementary School, gifting every third-grade student their own personal dictionary. Students were thrilled with their new books, excitedly exploring the wealth of knowledge packed inside.
The school expressed heartfelt appreciation:
“We want to send out a special thank you to Geneva Templin and the New Vision Pioneers/Wheeling Life Member Club! They have been thinking of our students and providing dictionaries for many years.”
Since 2004, New Vision Pioneers across West Virginia have donated nearly 43,000 dictionaries to third-grade students — a remarkable commitment to literacy and education. By participating in The Dictionary Project, they are helping thousands of children build their vocabulary, strengthen their reading skills, and spark a lifelong love of learning.
Thanks to dedicated organizations like the New Vision Pioneers, students at Ritchie Elementary — and across the state — have access to resources that empower them far beyond the classroom.
