Hopkinton Lions Club Delivers Dictionaries to Harold Martin School Students
The Hopkinton Lions Club of New Hampshire recently visited Harold Martin School to deliver a special gift to every third grade student: their very own personal dictionary. The room was full of energy as students eagerly flipped through the pages, discovering new words and facts.Since first joining The Dictionary Project in 2015, the Hopkinton Lions have distributed over 700 dictionaries—a testament to their ongoing commitment to youth education and literacy in the community.
By giving students access to a physical reference tool, the club helps foster curiosity, vocabulary growth, and independent learning that will benefit them for years to come.
