On June 13, 2005 my wife Pam and I visited the San Vicente Elementary School. It is located in Santo Domingo , Heredia , Costa Rica near the capital city of San Jose .

 The Dictionary Project received the 2003 Community Quarterback Award from Parade Magazine and the Carolina Panthers, with a $2,000 donation from the Carolina Panthers to the Dictionary Projec

For seven years, The Dictionary Project and Mary French have provided tens of thousands of dictionaries to third graders.
