Charleston Elks Lodge Members Donate Dictionaries to Area Schools

Call them the vanguards of vocabulary. Charleston Elks Lodge members have recently donated nearly 500 dictionaries, through the Dictionary Project, to third-grade classes in several Kanawha County schools.
