Wahpeton Breckenridge Rotary Donates Over 4,000 Dictionaries

The Rotary Club of Wahpeton Breckenridge recently delivered personal dictionaries to third grade students across participating schools in Richland County, North Dakota, and Wilkin County, Minnesota. Since partnering with The Dictionary Project in 2004, the club has provided over 4,000 dictionaries to local students. This annual literacy initiative helps students strengthen vocabulary, comprehension, and lifelong learning skills. By placing a book in every child’s hands, the club reinforces the value of reading and language in an increasingly digital world.
