Lodge helps local students better define learning

It wasn’t a new video game, iPod or pair of sneakers that made Riley, 8, smile Sept. 29 — it was a new dictionary.

Continuing a longstanding tradition, the Wickenburg Elks Lodge Youth Committee participated in the nationwide Dictionary Project.

In the quest for lifelong learning, a dictionary is one of the most powerful tools a child can own.
